“Inky Thinking have been part of our team strategic planning process for many years now. As the team strategises, discusses, expands and probes, Inky Thinking are there, taking it all in and recreating the days long discussions into a coherent visual representation that tells the story of subject matter, time and strategic intent. Our vision brought to life in a fun, team orientated, helpful and enduring art-form that is easily understood, visually presented for any audience to understand. We will continue to have Inky Thinking at our strategic planning table.”

“It was an absolute pleasure working with InkyThinking and no doubt we will be using their services again. The output they were able to create was fantatistic and very appealing too. “Tom attended our winter Associate Day delivering an very energetic and practical session on creating wonderful facilitation flipcharts. As we come back to face to face delivery it was great to uncover our inner artists and learn new skills and techniques that we can immediately apply in our work. We are a tough audience and Tom gauged exactly the right level o of support, humour, and challenge to keep us focused and engaged for over two hours. Thank you so much.”

“We have used Inky Thinking on multiple occassions to support customer engagements across Europe and the Middle East. Each person we have worked with has demonstrated remarkable skills in capturing both the spirit and the most critical moments of workshops with business leaders across the region. The team has even gone over and beyond in some cases, where they helped us directly in the workshops. Perhaps the biggest compliment is that all of our customers have now posted the artworks in their respective Head Offices across the region.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Jenn on a comic strip. I wanted to write the results of my research in a way that would be appealing for young persons. A group of young persons helped me write the comic dialogue and design the images. Jenn was spectacular in bringing their sketches to life. It surpassed expectations. Jenn is a very talented artist and and incorporated all the basic sketches we generated in the workshop into the final version. She was very responsive and completed the work in just two days. Further iterations to refine the final version were done within the same day of my requests. I'm very happy with the quality of the work.”

“As a charitable company serving the community by providing a social and health focused gardening project for our members, our focus and activity is not what you would commonly see in the usual engagement. After initial discussions, Inky Thinking demonstrated their competence and understanding to help us to gain confidence. We had created a 'wire diagram' of our strategy in the form of a hierarchical layout. Not the easiest to engage our friends! We wanted to find an image that communicated to a wide disperate, and multiability group, removing complexity and providing us with an visual image that grabbed their interest. All of this work was done remotely and through their amazing ability to grasp the concepts, Inky Thinking created what I can only call a work of art. We have shown this at public events, included it in funding documents, etc. It is central to how we now communicate to our stakeholders ... and they all ask, "who did this amazing work?. Thank you for this lovely gift to us. It has made a big difference to all who work with us.”

“Durham Energy Institute commissioned Inky Thinking to provide a graphical depiction of our annual ‘Energy Day’ conference. Prior to (and after) the event communication was excellent. Organisation on the event side was professional, discreet and they were great at including both students and speakers. The artists on the day were very professional and personable. Whilst we expected more graphics and less text, we are very pleased with the outcome. Important energy highlights of the conference were captured and it is an extensive record of the day. We would use Inky Thinking again.”

“Inky Thinking provided visual harvesting artwork to a mixed stakeholder day we provided to young students. The organisation and communication from the team was brilliant and we were left with physical and digital copies of fantastic artwork that helped us to share what we had accomplished and learnt throughout the day. “It's true that a picture paints a thousand words and Tom and the team at Inky Thinking are some of the best visual communicators in the business. I've had the pleasure of working with them on a couple of major projects and the value they bring - especially in making complex topics simple and quick to understand - is excellent. They are very easy to work with and deliver high-quality advice and output every time.
