Well firstly there\u2019s Mathew Golbourne Driver a man who thrives on what he supposes is some kind of power over people , to say this man is petty is an understatement, constantly quoting rules and regulations and Grenfell whilst standing right by interior grade cable running all the exterior lights , , you couldn\u2019t make it up ! During his tender we've asked for some painting to be done for the last four years because it was so bad the first time , when he finally got around to it again they only did half and didn\u2019t touch 50% , some of the painting here hasn\u2019t been touched for 10 years , I could go on and on , rotting balconies , no lighting outside , wrong cables , blocked guttering ,filthy floors , spent 6 years trying to get our fountain fixed , gave up in the end and filled it in , don\u2019t even get me started on window cleaners ! Seen two in six years \r\n\r\nWe\u2019ve had at least SIX cleaning companies in the last few years the current one being the worst of the bunch spends most of his time either sitting in his van or causing trouble with the residents ! \r\nI recently had to put up with being confronted outside my door on the TOP floor by the aggressive cleaner regarding operation of a window , nobody should have to put up with this in their own home,cleaners should just CLEAN ! \r\n\r\nBecause of these situations I was eventually contacted by Kelly Tempany who finally seemed like someone from this company who is actually good at her job and someone I could deal with , she seemed interested and agreed with the issues I\u2019d raised and promised to look into it , ! I removed my first trustpilot review in good faith for her but alas nothing has changed , she said the aggressive cleaner had been removed , but a week later I came out of my door only to find him outside there again ! \r\n\r\nIn the six years I\u2019ve been in this block of 9 flats I\u2019ve seen 10 people come and go, all got sick of dealing with Inspired property management and particularly Mathew Driver , \r\n\r\nI once said to him people were selling their homes and moving because of the situation and his attitude was \u201c that\u2019s up to them \u201c !! Inspired like constant turnover because new people put up with it at first so they get less aggravation, it\u2019s all about MONEY sadly happy residents are not a priority with IPM ! \r\n\r\nWell they\u2019re not going to drive me out , I have now made an official complaint and the next step will be withholding money until the work is carried out properly , I am taking legal advice and have also got a substantial amount of evidence regarding works not done , ! I will also be recording any further dealing with either the cleaner or Mr Driver ! \r\n\r\nIt\u2019s disgraceful it\u2019s come to this when things could\u2019ve been easily sorted , so if you\u2019re thinking of IPM to manage your block I urge you to think VERY carefully before making that choice"
