More than I'd hoped for. Beautiful. One thing I wish would be the glass to set inside inztead of on the top. But perfect otherwise

The urns were beautiful! Just as described in quality and appearance. The only hold back to 5stars is that the box didn’t biodegrade as quickly as advertised. It was over 10 mins and had to intervene to sink. May didn’t have full of ashes so maybe the weight is a key factor just to prepare others. Thank you. Great service!

Very pleased with this purchase. My Grandaughter asked for some ashes of Grandad. This heart was perfect. She was delighted with it and shed a few tears.

I ordered two urns, one was perfect - just like the photo online, but the other one had such pale ink on the engraving it was not really legible. Customer service was exceptional - helping in everyway - offering to replace or redo the container box or provide a refund. They could not have been more accommodating. I opted to get a refund which went through promptly, and they also said they will make sure to let their engravers know about this issue. I would not hesitate to order from In the Light Urns in the future. They are professional and care about the customer and their products.
