Hi Nickole, We are investigating this further and have seen on both of your invoices, there was no date input so unfortunately we would not have known that you were wanting a date, or what the date would have been. Nevertheless, we do not like to see our customers unhappy and would definitely like to rectify this situation. “The urn was beautiful. Unfortunately a small corner was damaged. I did not notify the manufacturer because I had an appointment the next day to transfer the remains.”

“Thank you sooo much!!! The urn for our Dad is so much more beautiful than when I saw it the first time. It captured our hearts. I believe you also carry one just like it with an angel and her wings wrapped around it which I would like to buy for my mom. Your company made the ordering process very easy for us. Thank you so much. It's such a comfort knowing my Dad is resting in such a gorgeous urn so appropriate for the bravest, steadfast, kind, God loving man my Dad, Donald Harry Walsh was with the highest degree of morals, ethics and integrity.
