“The urn I purchased high quality , looked even better than the online photo and arrived to me in the given time frame. Customer service was excellent. It’s very difficult choosing a final resting place for someone you love dearly, I believe my mother will be very happy thanks to In the Light Urns.”

“Urn was broken. Customer service was helpful. Sent a shipping label, still waiting for the refund. The urn broke because the quality of the item was cheap. At least they have been helpful so far. A challenging moment gets even more difficult.”

“This company is absolutely fantastic. I ordered my husbands engraved motorcycle bell and it brought tears to his eyes. The communication was amazing and I was notified every step of the way when it came to ordering, shipping and delivery. 100%recommend ordering from this company. “Unfortunately, I lost my baby boy Francis at 18 weeks + 6 days gestation on Dec 8, 2022 and I wanted to find an urn that was appropriate to hold his ashes and honour his memory. It took me awhile to make up my mind but I kept coming back to this site and kept coming back to this urn in particular… I’m so grateful that I ended up ordering it because it’s just so perfect 💙 I ordered the “In Loving Arms Blue Infant Urn”. I absolutely love the urn… it’s perfect. I was really happy with the quality and customer service. The urn arrived really quickly… I ordered it on Dec 17th & it arrived on Dec 22nd. It’s so calming, peaceful & beautiful to look at. I would definitely recommend this urn and this company.
