“Customer service was great. They confirmed all the info that was going to be engraved was accurate before they proceeded with my order. Once it was verified it took about 1 week when I received my urn. They were responsive. Fast and delivery was punctual.”

“Thank you again for the fast shipping and the photo urn came out great. I did go to us the Burgundy Velvet Bag and it ripped right down the seam. The size is just a little too small for the photo urn and its not made for holding box shaped items. Not looking for a replacement, just letting you know my findings with the bag. Thanks”

“I haven't used the urn yet. But this is my second one and the first one was definitively 5 stars. We placed some of my Dad's ashes in the first one and placed it in the river at the spot where he once rescued a child. I'm taking more of his ashes to California and placing him in the Pacific Ocean. My father traveled to many foreign countries but he never saw the Pacific Ocean. So, he's going in March on the beautiful urn. It's the perfect size for a small amount of ashes. Thank you!”
