“Screws missing delivery took a day longer than stated radiator has a strong smell to it”

“Never have I had an item so badly damaged, then they sent a second one in a worse state than the first and I’ve had to take them both to the tip as the don’t arrange collection for the goods!!!”

“I have just used them. There were a couple of items damaged. I rang them up emailed damage and they sent replacements straight away. Great customer service.”

“Goods arrived damaged, replacement also damaged with parts missing. On the plus side, customer service was very good and I accepted a full refund. This left me a very disappointed customer who will not be tempted to use the company again.”

“I love the radiator cover we purchased, it’s very hard to find an extra tall one, especially at such a great price. It came quickly, well packaged and was easy to build, I would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them again.”

“very fast delivery, product great although there were a few paint drips on both but not too noticeable when in position could have done with another layer of paint.”

“Stunning radiator cover, looks so expensive, my 16 year old put it together using a knife as she didn’t know where the screwdrivers were, that’s hone easy it is”
