“Purchased a mirror, which arrived quickly however there was a problem. Contacted customer services who resolved the issue without any fuss almost immediately. Absolutely first class after sales, just like it should be. Will use again. Thank you!”

“Small white radiator cover. Unable to erect and full refund given. Fault was damage to top shelf. Holes for fittings in the wrong place so unable to put any of it together. Customer services answered call right away and reviewed photos I had sent and confirmed refund”

“I am trying to return my purchase as it arrived damaged. I have emailed 2 different email addresses and called the contact number and nobody has come back to me in a week. Poor service.”

“Arrived very quick. Exactly as described. A few little marks on it but with a touch up of white paint will be fine. Very easy to follow instructions to assemble.”

“The rad cover was defective as the holes for the dowell and the cam bolts were switched on parts 7 & 8. The customer service I received was very good. I sent a small video clip of the fault and I received a full refund in a matter of days.”

“Items arrived quickly but one of the items was incorrect. I sent an email straight away as requested, with a photo. I’m still waiting to hear from them over a week later. It was their mistake as I ordered correctly so hoped a replacement would be on its way but they haven’t even replied. One of the radiator covers was impossible to put together as some of the pre drilled holes were in the wrong places. In the end we glued it together as we don’t think we’re ever going to get a reply about the other item, let alone this one.”

“Very quick delivery. However, several of the parts were incorrectly drilled making assembly impossible using the supplied fixings. Had to drill and glue the dowels and use screw on fixing plates for support. Sprayed paint finish is very poor in places, particularly the front edge of the top, this will need touching in as it does show. However, the finished item looks great, much better than an ugly radiator and provides a useful shelf. Good value and modern design.”
