“Sadly we were very disappointed. The overall style of the radiator cover was perfect but unfortunately the quality and finish was poor. Several panels were not finished on the edges and others had been overpainted and had smeared or stick together. Customer service were very efficient in their response and issued me a full refund.”

“I ordered vertical radiator covers and one of them was not properly finished it was very rough along the top of it”

“I understand that in order to keep prices down we source cheap goods from China. But there comes a point when we cross the line from ‘cheap’ to ‘not fit for purpose’. The radiator cover we bought was in the second category. Some of the components are floppy mdf which resembles cardboard. I had to re- make it with better materials. Truly awful.”

“Would like to highly recommend this company, received the radiator cover and although I thought it was very good quality and specification for the price, there were a couple of small technical issues. Got in touch with Jack Stonehouse and their customer service was excellent, they quickly responded and resolved the issues.”

“There are some defects on the face of the radiator cover and to the side. Also on the upright spacers the holes on one of them were too large for the bolts and holes too small for the wooden dowels. I had to drill to make the dowel holes slightly larger and find a wider bolt to fit. I can remedy most of the defects myself, but your supplier needs to improve upon their QA standards and you should consider compensation.”

“For a mature lady it was relatively easy to assemble. It covers a radiator which is not used so it suits its purpose. Its in a bedroom and looks fine. If it was on view i would probably paint it as the finish could be better.”

“Radiator cover is awful,the finish on the product was terrible ive thrown it in the bin can’t be arsed to return it and go thru the mither.won’t purchase anything from you again”

“Arrived very quickly all flat packed. Some of the wood on shelf top had broken off but to be honest when assembled you couldn’t notice it! Very easy to assemble you just need a screw driver. Looks great”
