Very pleased with my radiator cover and the ease of ordering. It was as described on the website of good quality and the colour was perfect however the instructions for assembling it could have been a lot clearer. It came earlier than expected with no information from the carriers, which according to your email should have happened within 24 hours of purchase, and was unfortunately left on our doorstep which is in full view of passers by. You might want to have a word with them. That withstanding I’m very happy with my purchase.

It looks fine when built but there was over 50 individual parts to the adjustable cover

I am so happy with this radiator cover . It matches my kitchen units perfectly. Delivery was the best. Will be gettingso more for my bedrooms . Thank you so much.

First radiator cover I received was damaged . They promptly replaced it , no qualms . Unfortunately 2nd one also had damage but I was able to make one good one out of all the parts … disappointing but excellent customer service

There were cracks and marks all over the radiator cover I wasn't very happy with but was easy to put together and Iv repainted it so looks better now once was up the cracks were hidden well but still it shouldn’t of had any cracks or marks on it at all.. I don’t mind trying out shops that are new to me but wouldn’t buy from here again

After seeing a few recommendations on Instagram, I went ahead to purchase 2 radiator covers on the 27th of July. Its the 18th of August and I still haven't received them. I have called customer care over and over and all I get is "your item has been scanned at the depot and will be delivered to you shortly". Never had to write a bad review before, but you made this all so easy! And the audacity to actually send me an email asking if I am happy with the product (that STILL hasn't been received) is laughable!! I will be sending the items back when they arrive and will be asking for a refund!

Cut a long story short 2 emails were sent to me 1 a dispatch confirmation and 1 a delivery track. 10 days later no delivery and had to ask for a refund on 3 separate occasions after they confirmed it hadent even been picked up for delivery now im still waiting for a refund.

First of all the delivery was ok when a took the items out to check if it was there after sometime i realised one of the numbers was wrong also both corners were damaged so not too happy about it
