“The items didn't arrive in time even though we paid 15 pounds for express shipping. We then requested a refund for the express shipping and were only re-funded for 9 pounds and then had to pay 8 pounds to send all of the items back as they arrived too late and couldnt be used. I appreciate 4 of the 10 items that were in stock being sent out but don't promise express shipping if you can't deliver it !”

“From the order and confirm of design of my logo it did take nearly 3 weeks but the quality is excellent so worth the wait, I will be ordering hoodies ready for winter”

“I have still not received my order. Your parcel delivery company employee decided to take my parcel away with himself but said he delivered it. I’ve emailed both your company and your parcel delivery company with video evidence but both companies refuse to answer my requests for help in this matter. So I’m very angry about the service I haven’t received.”

“Allo. I buy safety shoes. Email Confirm payment. Second email confirm APC courier COLLECT from JRS. After 5 day i dont have reply to my answers about parcel. JRS, I send 5 message instead chat. Never EVER contact me. APC, i have tracking but the parcel stay 5 day in the hub, ready to delivery. Email and chat,3 email and 5 message chat, NEVER EVER REPLY. this 2 COMPANY wast my time for just 30£.PAYPAL,refund me in just 12 hour. JRS send me 2 time ABOUT FEEDBACK AND REVIEW. i think in JRS too many STAFF smoke WEED, BECAUSE IS FUNNY SITUATION. IDIOT SITUATION. SHITTING SITUATION. AT ALL. BUY.”
