“Really pleased with the safety shoes I ordered for work , dissapointed I had to phone customer services to ask where my order was as it had been 7 days and hadn’t received my order, to be told my order had not came in, a phone call with an update would have been good to let me know there had been a problem. Would give 5 stars usually as the shoes are so comfy.”

“I ordered 2 polo shirts on 2nd of August, I received an email on the 19th of August saying I will receive my order on the 20th of August, I then received an email on the 20th of August saying my order has been delayed and I will not be receiving my order on the 20th of August”

“I ordered tunics for a new company we have started up - with a request to add company Logo. The order went through easily and the delivery was as quoted. The logo was added after a few emails pointing out that our logo was in Black and the tunic I ordered was also in black ie you wouldne see the Company name (my error) thanks goodness JRS knew their stuff and alerted me to this and we changed the working to a white font. Great material in the tunics / Great communication . I would recommend”
