“These were disappointing overall, and not usable for my project. The description makes one think that the plastic foot is removable, but I could not get these off at all. It would be easy to design these to make the plastic cover removable which is a positive design feature for many jobs, which is an idea for a future revision. Second, the metal foot was covered in dents from dropping and tumbling. It costs nothing to not dent the parts in production, which is another idea in a revision. Winco was very nice about the refund though. And helped me find an alternate product.”

“I ordered online some adjustable handle hold down bolts . They called me the next morning to let me know the ones I ordered where out of stock. If I could wait they will make some for me . About Two weeks parts where on my door step.”

“Ordered three steel knurled nuts which were received within a week. Order price included postage, but the three nuts were received and shippiing invoice DID NOT include the postage. Pleased with the order, shipping and price.”
