Excellent quality as always from Kaon..needed 3 spacers to correct my door and it now closes at the lightest of touches..General note you will need someone else to help you IE to jiggle door as you slide spacers in to make it easier..I also used a block of nylon to tap the shims into place as there were 3 and get them nicley lined up..”
“24mm hex to 10 mm allen hex tool was perfect for removing my damaged Lexus 460 front differential bottom drain plug. 5* ++ rating
But the replacement plug I ordered with it was the wrong size. I guess some of that fault comes to me for not knowing Toyota/Lexus has two different sizes of drain plugs. But when I contacted customer support their only response was for me to re-order the correct part. They said returning the old part for credit would not be worth the return freight cost.
5*++ rating on one tool and a 1* on the other tool and customer service response averages a 3* rating.”
