is it customary for the company (Bella Smith- account Manager) to be very unprofessional after failing not to convince me with any of the marketing plans - she totally IGNORED all my emails and communications and has totally stop to communicate with me - I paid for the plan and expected at least a copy of the copyright and ISBN registration - I paid but have not receive anything in return - is that not a scam!!! She has stop all communication not even a THANK YOU for the PAYMENT I MADE which again I did not receive any as per the plan that I PAID THEM!!!!!!!!!Bella Smith, Ben Silva and their art something named LEE!!!!! Just to warn other writers and author. They lure you for the package price not mentioning later on they would sell marketing plans and if you don't buy - Forget your money!!!!
