“I ordered a case of gloves a week ago and contacted you guys multiple times. And you said something happened to the first package so I didn’t have to wait you said you would send me another one and I still haven’t even received that one either. And I’ve been checking the tracking number and it’s been the same ever since I ordered it says creating label.”

Hi Kyle, I am sorry about the issues faced with the shipping on this order. We will call UPS in the morning, UPS raised an investigation for the lost first case. We dispatch all of our orders the same day, or the next day, so this delay is a very rare scenario for us. We will contact you tomorrow to arrange prompt delivery of another case. We hope you will revise this post after we have delivered, considering we dispatched your order the same day, and the delays are due to the 3rd party shipping company, and we are doing everything we can including sending replacement cases.
