“Price of my dog's rx was good and ordering was easy. However, after days of seeing the order under review I sent emails inquiring about my order status.No one responded to any of my emails. Via phone, they said they hadn't gotten auth from my vet after 3 attempts. My vet said they authorized the script right away. After I finally spoke with someone, the order was processed. I wish they had let me know sooner so I could have intervened. Packaging was very nice. It would have been 5 stars if they hadn't waited so long to process.”
“I think you could give a quicker response when the order is delayed. Or having trouble with the animal doctor. And I feel like it's takes days to a weeks before I get a response. I feel each step that is done give a email answer to the client that you sent the doctor have not yet a response. When the doctor responded give a email update. That way the person ordering can get the problem solved. And the dog doesn't have to be the one waiting on medication.”

“Up to this order I was very happy with Koala. This month I had to call three times to get my dogs meds mailed out. Everytime I called I was told it was mailed out that day. When I didn't get any response thru email, I had to call again and again.”
“My Pomeranian is 10 years old and he's developed heart condition. He's been on two heart pills for 2 years now and they've become quite costly to my budget. So I did some shopping around and stumbled upon Koala. Great low prices but the time it took get Koala to contact my Vet and then get back to me was way too long. I requested these Rx well in advance so I could have the refills before he ran out. I believe by the time I received them from Koala he had just run out of the one. I think I'm set up on auto refill so things will be quicker in the future. When I asked about expedited shipping I was told it would be mailed by USPS and Koala didn't offer faster shipping at this time. I would recommend Koala look into that. The box they came in, I'm sorry, but I laughed out loud because there were these small bottles of pills in this HUGE box! The bandana is adorable and I did snap a picture of him with it on.”

“Logistics need improvement. When my vet was unresponsive to your attempt to contact them about the prescription, there was no communication back to me. Prescriptions are time sensitive, but customer service did not reach out to me at all, let alone in a timely fashion.”

My vet held things up initially but still was several more weeks before I received the order. Would recommend ordering further in advance. Perhaps on refill order it would be quicker. Would still try again.”
