“I couldn't believe the fancy package , which was all recycleable . The packing was just brown paper, though it was partally shredded and carefully wrapped around the more than fairly priced apoquel which my dog takes twice a day. I am giving the Koala scarf to my grandson whose elementary school mascot happens to be a koala. He can use it on one of his 2 dogs or his lizard.”
“They have been prompt and courteous in filling our pets' presriptions, regardless of the restrictions placed upon them by our own veterinarian. In order to insure our pets' Rx is/are filled correctly, our vet will not send the Rx electronically to an out-of-state pharmacy. Instead, they require I send a written Rx. While the intent of this process may be well-intended, the electronic signature, in black, of the vet caused issues with the appearance of a lack of authenticity. Koala was very proactive in helping to resolve the issue so there was no lapse in dosing. They were also very good to remind me when the Rx was/were due. GREAT customer service. The competitive pricing caused me to try them out; their customer service has caused me to be a repeat customer over the past two years.”

“I ordered my medication for my dog Bear on Nov. 6 and it didn't arrive until Nov. 27. That was too long to wait so I got the medication elsewhere. Then, finally, it arrived. I talked to customer service to see if this service might be improved but they were not helpful. All in all super unimpressed and will go elsewhere.”
