“So the vet changed the order from 12 flea doses to 6. She was confused about who it was for. Thinking it was for my kitten, she knew she'd be too big at 12 months for kitten dosage. Instead of contacting me, you let the order languish until I called AND emailed. When I called I wasn't told there was an issue I was told the delay was due to a holiday. Long story short, I had feral kittens waiting. I won't ever order from you again because the whole thing was utterly ridiculous.”
“It took 17 days to be delivered, it was not the medicine that was on the vet RX after contacting my vet - I received simparica not trio, they will not return the mistaken RX, they will not make it right for a first time user and the box arrived smashed to bits. Poor business model but no surprise for being from Boston. Allivet, petvm and Chewy WILL take care of their customers.”
“Didn’t realize they would have to verify the prescription directly with the vet - this was NOT clear and took over a week for my vet to respond. I had the prescription and could not provide it to Koala. Took extremely long and my dog’s flea/tick medication was overdue and late due to this. Will not be using this company again”
“I didn’t realize that iI was signed up for a subscription and I was charged $186 for medication that I did not want to purchase. All the emails about this order that were sent went into my junk spam folder and I was not aware that this was happening. Now that I received the medication I was told that I’m not able to return it. I think that I would’ve found a much better price and I feel like I overpaid.”
“It took several days to get a response, my pets health was put into jeopardy due to the shipping issue. I had to go to the pet ER and pay $600 out of pocket because I can’t rely on Koala to provide appropriate customer service. I will no longer be using this company and won’t recommend to others.”
