“It takes too long to get an order filled, there is not an easy way to refill prescriptions on line, I don’t like having to email a response when I have put in an order on line”

“Great customer service, Beautiful Marketing however I waited a week for approval of a script on Koala's end. It took 10 days to get Clavamox for my pet. I work for my Vet so I know when the script was submitted. That is entirely too long for processing since Rx was for a wound. I ended up having to order a Rx from another pharmacy as well. I would love to continue to refer/use Koala as our preferred pharmacy but this matter definitely needs improvement.”

“For the last month's you send the meds too soon i now have 3 bottles totaling 87 pills for my dog 1 tablet per day split in half that means I have enough for november, December and 28 days in january I have asked to not to send until the 25th of each month”
“I have dogs that will receive vetmedin from now till the day they die and yet a call must be made every month even thou these dogs see the vet every 6 months and get comprehensive blood work and check ups, This slows the process and it takes 3 days from the time I call in , way to slow,and you don’t work weekends making things slower yet”
“Ok price (I’ve seen same med for $15.00 cheaper online) but it took too long to receive it in the mail. I ordered this pain med for my dog on Oct 10th & finally received it on Oct 21st. My 15 1/2 year old Maltese had to go a few days without pain meds. Because I asked the lady at the vet how long it takes to get the meds from Koala & she said like 2 days. That was incorrect & I would have ordered earlier but I never would have expected 11 days to receive 1 med. Also, please stop sending the 60% off e-mail. You know I already ordered something from there & not eligible for any more discount’s unfortunately.”
