“Still haven't received order. There was a 3 day delay in filling it. Instead of sending another email to let me know there were questions, you put it on an old one. I didn't know you were trying to reach me. My dog has been absolutely miserable for over a week because she has been out of apoquel.”
“Ordered it and it said it was delivered but it was the wrong package to a completely different address so more of a usps issue where their workers don’t care to look at correct addresses”
“Customer service is always very helpful, but I wish I got emails when something wasn’t right with my order. I had to login to my account to find out that my vet hadn’t approved the request for my dogs’ prescription. I don’t get notified so never know when somethings not working with the order. Thinking of canceling and going with another pharmacy.”
“The customer service was very impressive. Lacey was wonderful in helping me sort out the discrepancies between my order and the Vet's dosage instructions. I am givng 3-stars however, because the mail process is underpar. I sent the original prescription via USPS Priority Mail, for delivery on Friday, 4/12 and USPS reported unable to deliver because the business was closed. It could be delivered on Saturday, either. It was finally delivered on Monday, 4/15 at 5:40PM. Not received inside until Tuesday. It was then I was able to connect with Lacey and obtain some help in getting it processed. That was the best part; it was processed that day, but late in the day, and too late for return mail, which was by USPS! Again with the delays. I'm only in PA. It was not delivered until Monday 4/22. Maybe I'm used to Chewy, PetMeds, Petco, who use 2-day delivery methods. I was not expecting to have to wait 5 days to receive. I also note that I am not able to obtain the rest of the meds that are under subscription until you decide to release/ship. I would like them now, so that I can have them and not have to wait for my pet to be out of meds waiting on USPS mail from Koala.”
“Every thing was fine except for the slow delivery. It took a week to receive the medications. In a world of overnight delivery from Amazon, a week is a long time; especially if your pet is in pain.”
“I ordered flea collars for my pets. I keep them on until spring. It looks like I’m set up to have them shipped in 6 months. The collars themselves say 8 months. I don’t like the fact that they’re due to be shipped again before I need them.”
“Great price but order status wasn’t updated on the website, there was a lack of communication re when my order would be shipped, and emails were not answered. That being said, I called twice and both times was able to speak to a person and I received great customer service over the phone”

“Requiring a mailed-in hard copy of my pets prescription, made ordering much harder than with other companies. It also caused an unexpected and worrisome delay in the administration of my pet's needed medication.”
