“The Koala Health website found me the best price on topical flea medicine. HOWEVER buyer BEWARE!!!! Less than 5 months later *another* order arrived at my door! I’m a very savvy online shopper & I went back & checked the website, my account, the package received & then all emails from Koala Health. Nowhere does it say I signed up for an ‘auto delivery’ program. But that’s exactly what they said when I emailed them! They also told me because it was medicine it could not be returned; no exceptions. So I’m stuck with it & suggest other potential customers be aware of this.
Only two stars due to lack of clarity & because they at least did answer my email in a timely manner.”

Fast forward 6 months later and I see another order has been placed, shipped, and charged to my account without my approval. I was unaware Koala Health would use my financial information to charge me for reoccurring orders. I work hard for my money but struggle financially. After this negative experience that set me back almost $140.00, I will be canceling my account. You should clearly communicate that reoccurring orders will be placed automatically when a customer places their first, so people aren’t blindsided 6 months later.”
