“Box was supposed to arrive on Saturday. When I called on Wednesday. I was told it would be delivered that day which it wasn’t. Called back again on Friday and was told package was lost and would be reordered. Arrived Wednesday and box was smashed. This also happened with the last delivery.”
“Getting this order of reg meds for my dogs took a month! It cost me $80 in the interim as each week I waited, I had to get a small amount from the vet to not run out. The vet said they and others had long wait times too. If this happens again, I will need to use another service.”
“The Koala Health website found me the best price on topical flea medicine. HOWEVER buyer BEWARE!!!! Less than 5 months later *another* order arrived at my door! I’m a very savvy online shopper & I went back & checked the website, my account, the package received & then all emails from Koala Health. Nowhere does it say I signed up for an ‘auto delivery’ program. But that’s exactly what they said when I emailed them! They also told me because it was medicine it could not be returned; no exceptions. So I’m stuck with it & suggest other potential customers be aware of this.
Only two stars due to lack of clarity & because they at least did answer my email in a timely manner.”

Not authorized. Customer rep could not help and change the billing and I could not cancel without calling. Also very expensive and could not use a discount on second delivery. Will not be reusing koala or recommending”
“The initial order I placed was discontinued, and I was very pleased with that order. Fast forward 6 months later and I see another order has been placed, shipped, and charged to my account without my approval. I was unaware Koala Health would use my financial information to charge me for reoccurring orders. I work hard for my money but struggle financially. After this negative experience that set me back almost $140.00, I will be canceling my account. You should clearly communicate that reoccurring orders will be placed automatically when a customer places their first, so people aren’t blindsided 6 months later.”
“i dont want to.because i dont think it wasa koala problem. i think it was a mail problem. i was afraid i was going to un ot of medication for my pet. tracking kept saying it was in memphis. they saidt for 3 daydays days. but any way i got my medication and i am through. so thats what i have to sa”

“I put the meds on hold bc we had too much, then when I called to reactivate, I got one shipment, then it stopped again. And then I called again to reactivate auto ship and again it did continue. Also the meds tripled in price from about 30 cents to 90 cents in one year. Seems like a huge price increase.”
“I received flea and tick medication for my animals through this site at my vet’s recommendation. If I were to get this medication elsewhere they charge $20 to write the script not to mention the medication is ridiculously expensive to begin with. It does work which is the only reason I buy it but my previous vets had the medication in stock and applied the rebate/discount in the office. I was told this company offered 50% off the first order. That doesn’t apply to Bravecto. However the vet doesn’t supply the medicine. So in not to please or impressed with either the vet nor this company.”
“This service is wasteful. I’m disappointed that our veterinarian would only prescribe 1 month treatment to be dispensed at a a time. Stupid really. The size of the package & material waste on inserts is ridiculous for 1 heartworm pill!”
