“I ordered online a Size 7 Midas Lime/Green Hockey Shoe. Your website did not Specify if the Hockey Shoe was for Men, Women or Unisex. To my surprise the Size 7 was way too big by a country mile upon receiving my parcel 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for someone from Kookuburra Sport to return my emails and a telephone message I have left today. It is now two weeks running without hearing back from Kookuburra Sport. Please respond. I love the Shoe. I love the colours and I am willing to take a chance at exchanging it for a Size 6 please? Help!”

“Haven’t received it yet despite your website stating I would receive it before Christmas!!!! Very annoyed given it is a Christmas gift for my son and i could’ve just popped out and purchased an alternative beach cricket set for less than half the price at rebel. I called your service and left a message and no one called back. Your website also said I would receive at discount with the code you provided which did not work at checkout!!”
