“I am delighted when th my Kukoon rug. Very pleased easy to clean because I have a dog this is great and easy to brush or hoover. I have not washed it yet but I am sure that will be no problem. I will definitely buy another Kukoon rug”

“Great to do business with Kukoon Rugs. Plenty of affordable choice on their website. Lots of information, sizes, materials etc. Easy to navigate site. The delivery time is very quick and they are super efficient. We'll done Kukoon. This is a go to site for rugs and mats. Never fails me.”

“Bought rugs from Kukoon Rugs on two occasions, both times the delivery was swift and the quality of rugs excellent and well packaged. Great selection of rugs on the website and the prices reasonable. Will be shopping with Kukoon Rugs again!!”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. The rug looks nothing like the pictures on the website; the color appears faded, and it is much thinner than expected. Additionally, it has an unpleasant, musty odor, as if it were second-hand and used by people with dirty feet. We intend to resolve this issue through Trading Standards and the Legal Ombudsman.”
