“I recently took delivery of my first Kukoon Rug which arrived within 2 days of ordering. I chose Terracotta and Green model and the design colours and quality are superb. Even better was the 20% bank holiday reduction.”

Hi Gillian, We are sorry to hear this. Once we have passed the rug on to the courier we are at the mercy of their service, as we are a family run business we don't have the capacity to do the deliveries ourselves. We hold them to the highest strictest standards and if we see this happening too often we will normally leave that courier. Thanks for letting us know of the poor service from this courier, we hope it has not put you off shopping with Kukoon again.
