“I've dropped one star because of Royal Mail's poor delivery service. The two business days took them four business days. I must say I got the impression that it would have been longer if not for the excellent customer service at Kukoon, who rapidly instigated a complaint against them. Anyway, I bought a runner and two rugs which I am extremely pleased with. They are really inexpensive for what you get. They are good quality, with well bound edges and look exactly as they do online. Very pleased with them.”

“Very pleased with our nearly room size rug which looks much more antique and exotic than it actually is. Which is fine as you can walk on it and the dog can play on it without fearing for its wellbeing (the rug not the dog!) V prompt despatch, it was here almost as soon as I'd placed the order. Machine washable maybe, but has anyone actually put a 3m x 2m rug in their washing machine?? Genuinely interested to know”
