This course was amazing. Davin was a great teacher. The course moved at a perfect pace. For someone with no knowledge of Autocad at all, I walked away with a great understanding of the capabilities of the program. The very next day I was doing exactly what I needed to learn to do. I will highly recommend this program to anyone who needs it.

Linda made the class enjoyable and she was extremely knowledgeable.

I greatly enjoyed this training, and the instructor, Michael Snodgrass, was fantastic. He has an incredible ability to make things understandable and was constantly creating a frame of reference so we could understand what was being taught. Mike was super knowledgeable but very patient and open to us asking questions. I learned alot in this class and am thankful I had the opportunity to learn from Mike!

Any time I have taken training from Ledet, the instructors are top-notch, including Maurice Beasley for Adobe InDesign.

Definitely would recommend it. Mike Snodgrass is a great instructor. Thorough and patient.

First and foremost, I thought the instructor seemed like a great person and was kind enough to answer everyone's questions thoroughly. He also clearly knew what he was talking about and was knowledgeable about all Adobe programs as a whole. However, I felt that there was one student in particular who was monopolizing the class and asking questions that either did not pertain to the class as a whole or asking questions about concepts that the instructor had already gone over. I appreciate that the instructor wanted to get everyone's questions answered, but I did not feel that the class moved as efficiently/effectively as it should have because he was constantly having to repeat himself. One important concept for students to understand is that a big part of using a program like this is knowing that there will be trial and error involved, as well as personal troubleshooting before bringing up an issue to the entire class. "If you did everything exactly how I did, and you aren't getting the same result, either backtrack or control Z and Undo it and try again." Personally, I did not feel that we got much done on Day 1 of the class- just inserting a text box with a picture behind it. I have already been using the program daily for about a month for work and have much I wanted to learn. I felt we may have spent a bit too much time on Day 1 on abstract concepts versus actually going into the program. For example- we spent a significant amount of time on CMYK vs. RGB. While this is an important concept, this is likely something that will also be discussed at people's specific workplaces, and that time could've been spent going into InDesign and discussing what a workspace is, what all the tools do, what pages are and how to add pages, etc. (basics). Again, there are 1000000000 things to learn in the program and we could take classes for years and still not learn everything, so it is more a matter of prioritizing what is most universally important within the program itself.

Maurice was great! He was with us every step of the way when building out new InDesign documents, and was very helpful with any questions that we had.

Not sure. Zoom environment for some classes are more effective than others.

The training was very informative and is a beginners course on the basics of excel. From printing a document , identifying cells and how to add icons to your tool bar it will set you on the right track to learn additional skills in excel. I will recommend the training, however I would like for the training to be at a the tempo of someone who is just starting off.

Highly knowledgeable trainer. Easy to schedule class with online option and lots of dates offered.

I would certainly recommend the training to a friend or colleague. The trainer was very specific, provided great examples, and answered all questions. Thanks again!

I would recommend this course solely based on our professor, Tony Ross. He did a fantastic job moving at a slow enough speed and speaking out each step. It really helped me retain the information as well as visually see him do each step. If someone got lost, he would go back to where they were stuck and repeat each step until we were all on the same page again.

I would recommend Ledet Training. Very good instructor (Tony Ross). Good structure to class. Robust Zoom connection

It was not soul sucking, which a lot of software trainings can be.

Power outages and AC not working made things tough. Davin did a fantastic job running the class.
Helpful Report
This training is thorough yet accessible. I have a much better understanding of the way that InDesign (a few other programs) think and work as a complete beginner.

Tony was great. I'd definitely go to another class facilitated by him.

I wouldn't suggest a Ledet training instead I would suggest the trainer of this specific training (Tony Ross). I took Photoshop training with Ledet (not with Tony) and I didn't learn/retain much. I still don't know how to use Photoshop after a two-day bootcamp. The way Tony teaches, he demonstrates then repeats it - is incredibly helpful and that information stays with me as the student. I've had him for Premiere and for Illustrator he is great.
Helpful Report
I would recommend Ledet because I received 1-on-1 training with the instructor.
