“I first put 1kg packs in basket than closed the web site. Later want again to site to save postage I ordered 2kg. Unknown to me the 1kg. As soon as I receive the Email. I replied that I want the 1kg order to be cancelled. I received Email that they are out of stock. Nothing about cancelling the order. So next I cancelling order.
When they finally sent the 2kg. It had short expiration date”
“Not sure of an opinion yet. A fault on the website payment page caused an overpayment of postage and I had to ring twice to get a correct refund. I will place another order at some point to see how that goes.”
