“Well first contact was lovely and I filled in necessary forms, so I went away confident that all would be ok. My Mum passed this morning early and the care home has been unable to contact Light for hours. I was then informed of the issue and tried phoning, messaging etc, that was 2 hours ago and still no reply by 4pm.
