“Really good service, i noticed after i had ordered that i inputted the wrong coloured top on one of the bottles, sent an email and was sorted out quickly, quick delivery and the bottles are perfect on my kitchen worktop”

“FAB FAB FAB. I got a few bits from here for my birthday, loved it so much I placed another order myself a day later. The storage containers are such good quality and so worth the money. I'll definitely be purchasing again - thank you little crafts london!”

“Loved my bottles they are beautiful and great quality. I don’t quite understand why I can’t order oil bottle with specific labels like I can pump bottles though. Why the need to buy 12 labels, 11 of which I don’t need?”

“I ordered a bundle, Amber glass bottles for handwash and handlotion with labels and an acacia tray. Easy to order, delivered quickly and wrapped very well. Beautiful to look at and can't wait to use them when my utility room is finished. Would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Put in my order & immediately noticed I'd made a mistake & contacted them straight away. My emails were ignored & 6 days later, the order arrived, Having been sent tracked 24, so FIVE DAYS after I contacted them it was sent. Would never buy from again & would not recommend.”

Hi Sarah, Generally if a new customer was to see feedback like this, I’d feel rather shocked. However as a small business owner who does this to provide for her family it feels even worse. I’d like to take the time to actually put into context what’s happened here for anyone potentially reading this. As we’ve spoken via email I can understand what’s happened here, let’s break it down. 1. You’ve sent an email you sent an email to a “no-reply” - whenever this does happen the reply automatically gets bounced back and you would see a “Address not found” - Solution: We have a 24/7 contact page via our website and via info@littlecraftslondon.com which is mentioned in your order confirmation. 2. Your order was placed 29th of March (Bank Holiday) - We’re very clear about our shipping timeframes which are mentioned in our order confirmation and all over our website. 3. The absolute latest your order should have been dispatched is: 8th of April. Did we do this, nope! We worked every single day making sure all of our thousands of customers are happy and we sent your order on 30th of March, this then arrived on the 2nd of April. This review is a perfect example of not believing everything you read, maybe Sarah is having a bad day and it’s a way to release it on us.
