Whilst putting the vehicle together was not to difficult, but for some not technical minded may struggle.

“If I could give zero stars I would! No response to numerous calls, emails and contact forms regarding our product that does not move. We cannot charge the tractor to see what it can do. Getting no response from you and then you send me this feedback email???? Really??? I deal with a lot of companies online and this is the worst aftercare I have EVER experienced.”

However it took awhile for the product to be ready for pickup even though they said it will be ready within 24-48 hours.
I had annual leave that week so was hoping to pick it up that week. Was finally ready for pickup the week after but I had work so had to find time to pick it up. They gave a reminder that I better pick it up within the next few days or else they'll charge extra storage fees. Emailed them to see if they could extend it an extra couple days. They said no.
So had to skip work to pick it up.
