“I find the service very efficient and friendly. Also the quality of the bird food and equipment is top notch. Often there is a free gift in the parcel, such as a small packet of suet sprinkles, which is very generous and thoughtful. As a regular member, I get 5% off the price of all bird food, another generous and much appreciated offer.”

“I have ordered from Living with Birds for a few years now. My orders always arrive promptly and I receive e-mails every step of the way. I have only contacted them by telephone once and that was my fault! One item on my order was a Two for One Offer and I didn't add the code. When I rang I was so impressed as the lady told me that she had noticed and it was added. What a lovely lady to speak with and an asset to the company. I highly recommend Living with Birds and the birds love them as well.”

“My parcel was not delivered on the next day as requested but it was the fault of DPD. I rang you and the gentleman arranged for it to be delivered the next morning before 12pm. It arrived at 10.45. Excellent service many thanks.”

“I've never had so many birds in the garden since i started using Living With Birds. The chunky dumplings (fat balls) are especially a favourite - the ones I used to buy (cheap ones) would sit there for ages but these are gone in a matter of hours! i can't keep up with them, and don't get me started on the flutter butter! Essentially, I love this company and am very happy with their great service and products - highly recommended.”
