“The food looks great and am happy with it and feeder but sadly birds don’t use it. Hanging with other feeders in tree branches but they ignore it. Using the spread on stale bread for blackbirds on the ground.”

Good afternoon Mrs Pearson, I'm sorry to hear that that the birds have not yet started to feed from your Flutter Butter. It can sometimes take a while for birds to get used to a new feeder or food. Sometimes birds will feel comfortable and start eating straight away. However, it can take a few days, or even weeks in some cases. Good afternoon Mrs Clark, I'm sorry to hear that that the birds have not yet started to feed from your Flutter Butter. It can sometimes take a while for birds to get used to a new feeder or food. Sometimes birds will feel comfortable and start eating straight away. However, it can take a few days, or even weeks in some cases. We would recommend placing your Flutter Butter Feeder somewhere quiet where birds can dine uninterrupted. Siting it near a tree or hedge lets birds hide if they feel unsafe. “It has been interesting looking to see which birds will visit us. The starlings have loved the Flutter Butter, fighting, with wings going so fast to keep airborne. Lovely to watch.”

“When you emailed me to say the order had been accepted, you stated that a further email would follow with tracking details. That "further email" did not arrive and the delivery did not arrive next day as ordered. I replied to your email stating this, but recieved no response. The following morning I found the delivery in the yard, where it had either arrived very early in the morning or late the previous night. It was left in the open despite being labelled "leave under cover". I have no idea which carrier you used, but in my experience DPD is the only reliable courier. Having said all that, the product is fine.”

“I was pleased with the concept of Flutter Butter, and the design of the feeder, but it has been hanging outside since I received it and so far no sign of birds trying it. It is close to anither feeder contsining sunflower hearts snd birds just use it as a perch en route to the sunflower hearts. Any suggestions?”
