“Excellent customer service. My order was sent back by delivery company with no notification to LWB or me. LWB sent another order straight out on next day delivery. Good products too . Thank you”

“I ordered two Rain Away and a BigEasy tray. Both came very quickly and were well packed. The Rain Away have been very useful and were easy to fit. It would be great if Rain Away produced them to also fit larger diameter tube feeders. The tray was very simple to attach and is proving a popular perch with the birds and also keeping the sunflowers off the ground.”

“Delighted to discover this easy & clean way to feed the little birds. At first they refused to go near the feeder until I scooped out a little of the contents & left loose below. The robins especially love them so have had to buy two more feeders to avoid queueing. Another good point, the feeders are very easy to refill especially with my arthritic hands”

“I first came across Living with Birds when I had a problem with a Squirrel Buster feeder bought elsewhere and was advised to contact them for advice. They were incredibly helpful, even sending me a replacement part, so I checked out their website for other items and decided to buy from them instead my usual supplier. Slightly more expensive but a much better quality of food, and their knowledge of the products they sell is excellent. I have since had to ask for help on another product and received an equally helpful response which seems to have done the trick. Would highly recommend Living with Birds to anyone who wants to encourage wildlife into their garden.”

“I am very pleased with my purchases. For some reason the birds here haven't found the feeder. It's a lovely idea but I think I am going to have to try putting it in a different position.Looking forward to watching the birds feed from it. The parcel was delivered very quickly and was well packed.”

“I have to say my birds love the food and now the robin has managed his balance he’s a regular visitor ! Only problem this human as I unpacked everything I mislaid the chain !! It “disappeared” and I emailed the company confessed my stupidity and asked if I could purchase one ….my fault & the lovely Louise said no we’ll send you a complimentary replacement !!!! How very kind 🤩from your very satisfied customer ! 👌”
