“The order was complete and fine. But not entirely satisfied with the delivery. The parcel was just left on the step. By pure chance, we discovered it and took it in. All was well. BUT, I think that parcels should be handed to the recipient. Not just left on the step.”

“I would have left a 5 star rating but unfortunately the free items were sent with the single item I ordered despite a reply saying they would be deleted. I wish I had known that the following weekend had free delivery on my previous rather pricey order. Just bad luck I guess!”

“The very best bird food I have ever found with a wide variety to suit the different birds that visit my garden. We especially like the Special Mix Husk-Free which leaves absolutely no mess to clear up and all the small garden birds love Flutter Butter.”
