“I usually get flutter butter. It comes in 3 flavours. These products are reliable, easy to order, easy to use, and the birds absolutely love them. I would highly recommend them. There is also a % reduction for re orders.”

“I have been buying bird food and feeders from Living with Birds for several years now. There must be cheaper bird food available but the birds appreciate the quality of what they are fed and eat it all up. I appreciate having it delivered to my door.”

“Excellent fast order; arrived by tracked Royal Mail a day after ordering. I brought the Flutter Butter starter kit. This is easy to use and my blue tits love it. Will definitely order again. A great company to spend my money with!!”

“I was disappointed that your customer service team did not reply to my email. I placed my order from your face book advert which offered free postage. This was not applied to my order and no reply to my email was given. Immediate response from Company with an apology and confirmation that postage would be refunded. Apologised for error, did not receive my e-mail.”

“A range of quality foods & accessories, quickly delivered and easy online ordering. I've not had many queries but when I have they were answered promptly & courteously. One suggestion is to include, on main page, the opportunity to add 'spare parts' when ordering foods online ?”

“I have used JacobiJayne for years now and have never been disappointed with their service, and there have been no complaints from our local birds and squirrels. The three nest boxes that I've bought from you are still in excellent condition and are used every year. And the little packets of biscuits that you included with your orders during the Covid years were such a sweet gesture and much appreciated.”
