“I regularly order bird food and accessories from Living with Birds and the quality and customer service is second to none. I especially rely on Living with Birds for peanut granules as they are not only difficult to find elsewhere but I know I can trust the quality of the ones they sell. The delivery is always excellent with good communication and precise time-slots.”

“The bird food arrives even earlier than they promise at Living with Birds and is always right, as ordered, and the birds get going on it at once (once I have dragged the heavy box over the doormat). Ordering is still a bit hard: clicking on the bank card details simply brings up the statement that there is a problem with the details. However, I usually get there somehow!”

“We have relied on "Living with Birds" now for many years, and judging by the number of wild birds who feed from our feeders, and nest in our boxes, they are also pleased that we do. And it is not just the bird-food, but feeders, bird baths & many other bird and wild-life items which are always well made, appreciated by their visitors, and from our point of view great value for money. We & our wild friends can always rely on Jacobi Jayne (as I first knew them) for excellent products (& judging by the speed at which their food is consumed) tasty seeds & fat balls, together, with comfy nesting facilities, and from our point of view fair prices. Thank you Jacobi Jayne.”

“This is the first time I've been disappointed and felt I've needed to leave a less than positive review of this usually great company. I purchased the small Grasmere Slate Roof bird table at £51.00 recently, simply because I've made many purchases before and always been pleased. This item is a complete waste of money and I really wish I'd gone elsewhere. It's VERY small and although relatively easy to assemble, the legs of mine just won't seem to lie level despite multiple attempts to rectify them, so it sits on a slant. Even if it was flush to the floor, it's so lightweight the slightest breeze topples it over because there's just nothing to it. It only takes one squirrel to run up it and it's on the floor. Honestly wish I'd saved my money. Think twice if you want a robust bird table.”
