“I've set up a feeding station for the small birds.Unfortuneately,all the birds are ignoring the peanut paste(fluttery buttery). I am just hoping that as they gain in confidence they will start using the feeder.”

“Living with Birds has a comprehensive range of feeders and associated equipment that certainly aren't cheap but are largely of excellent quality . The perspex tubes are prone to failure over time but have been replaced free of charge !”

“Full range of Jacobi Jayne products. True next-day delivery - even for orders from Sundays. Responsive and helpful customer service - when one of the ordered items was not delivered by the courier company - they responded and resolved it in a few minutes by delivering a replacement on the next day.”

“It's always a pleasure to order from Jacobi Jayne. You get to speak to real humans who are articulate, friendly, helpful and sound interested despite probably having to go through the same routine hundreds of times a day. On my last call the chap I spoke to was so on the ball that having answered the phone within a couple of rings he addressed me by name having got it within nano-seconds from my phone number. Then within a few more seconds he'd already found what I ordered last time and enquired whether I wanted the same again, which I did. Card number given, job done. If all firms were this efficient we'd all be better off. Thank you.”
