“My order was 3 days late. I had to call Logs Direct every day to find out where my order was. The company delivering my order didn't want to deliver the order because I was too far away. I think this is something Logs Direct should have been aware of this.”

Large lorry arrived unannounced, in spite of our request for a smaller one - unable to access service lane to garage (though driver managed to pull bag along lane on trolley)

“Unfortunately, after using LogsDirect for many years, I cannot now give them a good rating. Mainly because the quality of the wood is poorer and the size of logs is so variable that we find ourselves with several logs too big for our stove. The length is standard but the width/girth is so huge that there is nothing we can do with these logs; they need splitting again. Also, we can never get the delivery firm to warn us as requested and, last time, they arrived 7.30am on a Saturday morning (not 8 am as agreed) - unacceptable in a built-up area - and woke our neighbours. I shall have to find a new suppler.”
