“Fantastic Product and Customer Service. Ordered Tudor Silk oak flooring (Sample) and very quick delivery. Ordered flooring for a Kitchen refurb project and Very happy with quick delivery and quality product (19.2 sqm) with no damaged or faulty boards. Fitted together very well and relatively easy installation with the correct tools. Very pro-active customer service pre order, post order, delivery and follow up on product quality. Highly Reccomended !!!”

“We had some beautiful black engineered flooring for our cinema room. Easy to lay,easy to clean,but more importantly the comms from the company before during and even a follow up call ( my Dan ) was brilliant.”

“Absolutely fabulous service. We ordered late at night and the following morning we got a call to see what day was best for delivery so they could schedule around us. Communication on the day of delivering to let us know the time slot & then another call when we received the flooring to make sure everything was good. We can’t wait to get it all down in our new kitchen the colours match amazing!”

“I requested samples from half a dozen companies but Dan at Lumber King was far and away the most proactive and helpful, giving me great faith that there was someone there to help, rather than just someone to process an order. From start to finish the process was easy, friendly and professional and the product is great quality. Highly recommended!”

“Just placed an order for LVT flooring for the entire bottom floor of my new build house, Dan couldn’t have made it any easier, very knowledgeable and informative, answered all my questions, provided very large sample which were easy to test for scratching/cleaning etc. Very flexible to suit required delivery dates. Looking forward to getting it installed.”

“When our local flooring shop didn't supply what we wanted we decided to go to the online shops . After a few false starts we discovered LUMBERKING FLOORING and the brilliant Dan . Great selection of flooring and you get proper sized samples which made choosing our BUCKINGHAM RUSTICA CLICK ENGINEERED WOOD flooring painless as we could see it was a superior product compared to other companies samples we had requested. Now living on the Isle of Wight is usually where a lot of our online shopping experiences end due to extortionate shipping costs or simply "we don't deliver there" but refreshingly this was not a problem for Dan who even held the stock until we were ready for it . Our whole experience with LUMBERKING FLOORING has been exceptional with the only hold up to laying our lovely new floor has been my poor project management , should have got Dan to do it !!!!!! Highly recommend based on our experience. Photos to follow.”

“Absolutely in love with my new flooring. Firstly the customer service from start to finish was amazing and I can’t thank Dan for answering all my questions. I was kept up to date on my delivery and given a time slot. The flooring itself is easy to work with, for any one thinking of doing DIY you won’t have a problem. The pictures just don’t do it justice, the hues are beautiful. So much so my friend is getting the same”

“Love our new floors! We struggled to find something that isn’t too warm that also isn’t completely grey and unnatural, so we were happy to find the perfect match for us, especially against our different tiles. Customer service was excellent from start to end. We really appreciated the extra level of care provided during our stressful renovation, from the speedy delivery to the consistently prompt assistance in sourcing extra, quality materials to complete our project in time. The result is beautiful and appears hard-wearing. Big thanks to Dan for making it all happen! We are confident in our decision to choose Lumber King Flooring and highly recommend”

“I don't know where to begin to describe the outstanding level of customer service we received from Dan at Lumber King Flooring - if all customer service was this good the world would be a much happier place! From start to finish Dan has been friendly, knowledgeable and gone more than out of his way to assist with our order. We're absolutely delighted with the product, price and the finish and we think the results speak for themselves (this is the Duchess Nature Oak Vinyl Click Flooring). “We are absolutely over the moon with our new flooring from Lumber King. We went with “Duke Nectar Oak” click LVT. It’s so rich and warm. We think it looks much more expensive than it is and we get lots of compliments on it. We installed it ourselves which was easy enough to do if you have some general DIY skills and something to cut the planks neatly. It was easy to work with and click system makes it tidy as no glues! Could not leave this review without mentioning the outstanding customer service we received from Dan. Honestly, he went above and beyond when it came to questions I had and delivery communications. He knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help. He made me feel at ease buying from Lumber King. Would 100% recommend this product and this company. Thank you again!”
