"Fabulous!\r\n\r\nI don't have enough words to describe our experience with this company... \r\n\r\nWe have recently purchased our first home and after years of renting we dreamt to have our space decorated as we liked it and not costing us a fortune. \r\n\r\nAfter months of research, we decided to buy the floor from Lumber King Flooring. One of the best experience. I was so amazed about the quality, I could not believe how lucky I was to find them. \r\n\r\nDan provided an excellent customer service and an excellent communication. The quality of the laminate floor is outstanding, everyone thinks that is a real wood, we added underfloor heating as a second source of heat which warm up really quickly like in 15 minutes and the floor maintains the heat very well, the colour is really beautiful, some of our friends they boght 3 types of colours from different suppliers to achieve the effect that they were looking for but this floor is just combined with tones, and gives you exactly what you need and a premium quality.\r\n\r\nThe delivery was fast, and the pallets were very well packed.\r\n\r\nThank you so much again for bringing so much happiness in our lives. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n"

"I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. Dan was really helpful and super efficient, kept us up to date each step of the way. Even when we fell short of the viscount Tundra (our miscalculation), he managed to source an extra pack and send it out really quickly. Thank you for all your help Dan!"

"Fantastic quality, beautiful floor, the best customer service I\u2019ve ever received. \r\n\r\nI ordered duchess bora oak flooring for my kitchen diner and my playroom. \r\n\r\nThe floor fitter said it was really sturdy and went down well. The finish is fantastic and it\u2019s the most beautiful colour. It\u2019s the most natural oak looking floor I could find and doesn\u2019t look orange (yay) I searched high and low for the right flooring and then came across lumberking. I\u2019m so pleased I did as Dan has been absolutely fantastic!!!! \r\n\r\nThey sent our 3 samples very quickly and then I ordered the flooring. It was sent when I needed it with no issues! Communication with Dan has honestly been second to none which has been great as I\u2019ve been doing a while house renovation (which has been hard).\r\n\r\nSooo many people have asked me where I got my floor from as it\u2019s just so beautiful!! Pictures don\u2019t do it justice. \r\n\r\nI love it so much that I\u2019ve now purchased the plank version of this flooring for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. \r\n\r\nThank you so so much for a beautiful product at a fantastic price with wonderful customer service.
