We’re very sorry this happened, Doreen. We understand how upsetting it is to have a package stolen after delivery. Our records show the order was delivered to the address provided, and FedEx completed its investigation with proof of delivery. We also reached out directly in an effort to assist, but have not heard back. While theft after confirmed delivery is unfortunately outside of our control, we do understand your frustration and are sorry for the experience.

“The sunglasses themselves are excellent exactly what you would expect from an established brand like Belstaff, where it fell short for me was the extra $30+ on customs fees, it actually turned out more expensive to purchase from Lair than it would have locally. None of this info was stated up front so it was a few weeks later that I was notified by US Customs of the extra charge. Be nice to have this up front to help make the right decision. Great product though.”
