“I ordered wash only and the clothes came back all creased. It seems that all the items were whacked in the laundry bags. I felt that it was done without single care.Delivery driver was great and prompt, so no complains there.”

Hi Martinez, Thank you for leaving a review and helping us improve our service. We have checked your order and you had placed a laundry service only. Which is only a Wash, Dry & Fold service. We do not iron items that are only for laundry service. If you'd like any items in the Laundry to be ironed, please select each item individually when making a booking. Each individuall item will be Wash, Dry and ironed. Thank you.

“Convenient service, however the cat urine smell in the duvet wasn't completely gone after we got it back and it was a rather pricey dry-clean.”
