Terrible. Phonecalls rarely worked, people can't call me, text messages don't work when you most need them, and they made it mandatory for me to renew my plan if I wanted to find our my account number + PIN for porting. Horrible company and service.

Customer Service agents lie as a matter of course. I just had one tell me he couldn't help me because I had gone through to the Swiss helpline. I phoned on a London number and he couldn't speak a word of Swiss. The company is represented by liars which makes me think it's a dishonest company.

Terrible customer service when you can actually work out how to get to talk to a human being . Ran out of data and was told not able to get any extra until 2 weeks had past or I could pay £30 month and get unlimited which I don’t need . Said I will find another provider and he couldn’t have cared less ! Just on way out to get a sim for a gifferent network. Avoid this company . The reel you in with a cheap deal then change the goal posts !

Very poor network and company 😢 i bought roaming bundle to Turkey 🇹🇷 15£ never work 😢 never got refund They are cheap but theifs really carful Even so my uk sim is freeze up as i come back from holiday never been replaced stay away from this theif company

Con artists Received an unlimited SIM on 22 August 23. Used it for just over a day, well tried to. Service was unusable despite good coverage on the coverage checker. I complained on 24 Aug 23. They agreed to refund under my 14 day cooling off period. I have not received a refund so I chased them. They are now refusing to refund and just keep terminating chat sessions. I have complained to the ADR scheme (lyca won't even provide a deadlock letter) and submitted a claim on my credit card. I will be chasing this up with trading standards as well. It is illegal for you to break the law as you are doing.

Run far away from Lycamobile. Their sales representative gave me false information so that I would buy the service, which didn't work at all. If only English-speaking, customer service will not speak to you on the phone and only directs you to the Chat bot. I spent 3 months speaking with customer service to resolve the issue, repeatedly providing the information they requested over and over again to obtain a refund. Getting no where, I had to switch suppliers, upon which they then refused to proceed at all will the refund. An absolute scam and theft.

I paid 10 pounds for my sim and couldn’t use it for more than a week! I sent messages and emails, nobody replied and nothing happened. Luckily my husband just gave up his 5 pounds he paid on his Lyca sim and bought a Vodafone sim, we would have been lost in UK!

Worst and cheating experience: I have a plan with auto renewal activated. Recently on 8/18 I purchased $20 internal credit and when I checked my balance I noticed there is no internal credit balance. Without my permission they moved that amounts as special bundle purchase (when my auto renewal is active) when I contacted customer care the guy took the phone stated it would be refunded and asked to purchase another international credit. I did so on 8/24 within one hour that amount also vanished from international credit. When I contacted customer service they were rude and not ready to refund my $40. Be have very cheating experiences from Lycamobile USA. BE careful and watchful of your money with Lyca mobile USA. They have rude customer service personnel.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There isn't an option to actually talk to someone , or if there is it is extremely hard to find. Firstly I bought a SIM in Norway . It couldn't be activated in my phone. It took over 36 hours of frustration to finally get it sorted. Here in vacation for 6 weeks and it was for one month, tried to top up service but couldn't find any way to do that and roll over balance. I would never recommend this company.

Worst experience they are taking money from our debit card every month even we don't use that simcard unfortunately very bad experience with them.. Wastage of money and time if we put one time our debit card they automatically deducted from our bank card I talked to customer service still they can't help mee out

They are such a lier . I bough a bundle of 12 months . Then they change your network and there is no network at my work place not any i even can not get a call or message . I was missed alot of important call from doctor and school etc I called customer service. I told them that and asked them for a refund the rest of my bundle . I do not mind to pay whatever i used but i need the rest of it to refund as their network is no use for me . They said they will refund me and it will be no more than 1 day but after 1 week i did not receive any refund then they emailed me that they can not refund me . Rubish network and customer service . Aware if you want something long term to them

Worst network, worst customer service. I don't have enough room to explain the nightmare I went through with them, just steer clear, they are the worst company I've ever dealt with. They won't even refund my money for service I never received.

Absolutely regretting the move from EE. They encourage you to top up more than you need to get free credit but the small print says it expires after 90 days. So I’ve now got £40 credit that will expire before I’ve used £12. Customer service tell me not to be concerned but then confirm it will expire. Sigh. I can’t even buy bolt ons with the credit! I’m dreading my trip to Europe next month. Honestly I feel scammed I’ve given up and will move back to EE.

The worse customer service I ever come across...INDIA CALL CENTRE they can not deal with any issues!!! I paid for my bundle and they still taken money again for the same bundle when I asked for refund, they LIED they will refund. All what they done add another bundle gor same months which I don't need as my bundle is unlimited.... Can't cancel my debit card on application this company is ROBBERS!!! YOU CAN NOT GET ANY REFUND FROM THEM THEY OVERCHARGE AND THEY DO NOT REFUND

I can't get any customer service. I paid 45 pounds for a months worth of internet and calls. And I only have calls. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Their robochat can't help and says the humans can't talk right now!! One number rings out. The other I was on hold for 59 minutes and then that rang out too. I have emailed them and no-one has got back to me

I called lyca customer service and the person was EVER SO RUDE. Never met such a rude team member of such. They couldn’t help me and it’s not the first time i’m having issues with this network. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused and ontop of that they couldn’t provide me with details of their name. I’ve had this issue for many days I have bought a sim card with 5GB for £3.00 yet it doesn’t work and the team members haven’t been useful. So disappointed in the team members they have no respect whatsoever

Although coverage was good, there pay as you go system is not explained effectively to costumers. I had a package with them. I did not chose auto renewal as I needed to pay more and was not certain I would need to use the services. I topped-up towards the end of the month of having the phone and they cut me out of the bundle - without notice, and put me on a non bundle package. The 10 pounds I paid to top up was lost matter of hours internet use was at its highest rate. I guess this is partly my fault for not scrutinise the deal in the first place but communication should be the top priority of a communication company right? Eventually in trying to get an answer the "dedicated customer service advisor" hung up on me.

Paid 10 pound for the chip then 15 for 60gb. 2 days and 3 fast calls and now no credit. This is a scam company and I won't be using again. Weak signal as well.
