(it is due to the reception is bad so bad, and every phone call got cut off in 45 sec). The customer service Nad Dejano with employee # 30157 is answering my phone the first time and told me I will need what is my last time of payment and PUK # . I got all the information look up and call back again . I have to wait another half an hours to get my phone to answer . They said they will need the most calling number , which will need to be 5 X a day and 30 scs at least. (Now a day, who will call people 5 X a day ) . I will them all the information I have and they still said cannot proof i am the owner of the account. since i didn't make a phone call of the same number 5X a days. I told her to transfer me to another customer service and supervisor and she refused to do so. she said she won't transfer me at all .”

“i had purchased a bundle plan for three months which then I realized was way too expensive compared to other providers. After 2 days I called the customer service and asked them to cancel the plan and give me my refund they told me it will get resolved in 24-48 hrs but took like a month to give me a result and then they tell me i have used my balance and cannot refund my money. What do you expect me to do like sit around for a month and call nobody like its my mistake you took a month which i had to remind the company that i have a complaint.

“Do not use lycamobile if you plan on traveling. Their "fair use data policy" is extremely bad, you get a few gigs to use abroad, and if your plan happens to cancel while you are in another EU country, you cannot reactivate it
furthermore, the data is throttled so at most you get 1mbps.
Even within the country they block access to a lot of websites. For example I am unable to access github.com or my sanitas health care app without using a VPN”
