Given a free sim card with a flyer for a student deal. failed to top up twice. their website says the customer service line is open until 8pm on weekdays but when you call after 6 it says they close at 6. not impressed.

Lycamobile charge me $30 each day everyday from 1st Oct to 4th Oct, I called them up thinking was incorrect filing they treat me like this telling me my account was on ay as go no monthly plan hence they charge 30 per day....@$#%$^$% I was always on 28 per month pan never have any changes. I escalated the issue to australia Telecommunication ombudsman already.

I dont know how to select a half a star or no star. They are being a cheaters, i had 25 pounds in balance when i go to bed yesterday. Today morning the balance is 80 pence. The bundle suppose to auto renewal has failed, i dont know for what reasons. Even if the auto renewal has failed i dont know how so much internet was consumed and the balance is made 80 pence is out of question.

29 minutes on hold trying to call their customer service only to get through to a customer service operator who was quite useless to be honest.

Customer service was one of the worst ever,after waited on the phone for 30mins, I finally got through to Meenanchi, he was so rude and arrogant..should have given a zero star if possible, stay away from lyca mobile if you need a better service.

Went into the shop in Southampton to fix iPhone port,charged £30 ,had to ask for a receipt,got a piece of paper and thengot it back with screen not working.Went back only for them to say they didn't do it .Avoid shop !!!

totally terrible service worst mobile network ever cant even get through to lyca mobile it is best to contact offcom and let them deal with the issue i want to get a pak code to move away but they just hang up on you they are uselss worst ever pleasde be sensible and find a more trustworthy mobile network lyca is 100 % terrible this statement is true

Say they charge 2p a minute in actual fact they charge much more and use up all your credit waste of money !!!

I have been using Lyca sim for the last few months and the option text save 2525 works in the beginning but then stops giving the discount after 1 month. They are advertising false information I have contacted customer services but they are unable to help. I am fed up n

I am very happy with my Lycamobile phone company all calls place international go through no problems a way to connect with my loved ones and Lycamobile makes it all happen thanks Lycamobile keep the good work up thanks for being here

I just spent 10 euros on the international calls deal. Turns out i cant call the number i topped up for cause its not included or what have you. They need to disclose all info to customers before they pay. Just wasted 10 euro

Customer Service is extremely poor however, I only spoke with 1 person. Selecting bundles is a convoluted process which resulted in my 15 pounds of credit being used up with in a couple of hours. Website interface isn't too bad, however, the site will not accept my password after having registered and updated hence the reason I had to buy top up cards, hence the reason I had to call. All in all I'd give them 0 stars if i could. I am phoning Vodaphone now and switching networks. Don't waste your time with these guy's.

Lyca must have been hacked, sold their mobile numbers with the simm card number (the one one the back of the simm card) I received a call twice on my Lyca number from non English speaker giving me forged news about the lottery won be me. To assure me he read out the simm card number and then we had a long conversation. He also emailed me the forged lottery certificate to myemail address. I understood it was a fraud but didn't expressed it. Eventually he wanted me to send £500 via Western Union to Dubai. Upon which I challenged him and he dropped the call. My wife had been called in similar fashion. And one of my friend actually paid them through Western Union and lost his money., I am not sure how to report this sort of fraud but highlighting it here so that appropriate action can be taken.

Very bad choice I made to have lyca sim and top up , didn't receive any call , very bad Coustomer service, can not transfer my money to another sim .

The worst customer service ever. First you will have to wait minimum 25 minutes to get your call answered and the advisors don't have even satisfactory answer for any of the questions. One advisor promises something and that doesn't happen and you call back and another advisor will say something else. And when you get annoyed they will even cut down your phone without saying anything. Don't even go close to Lycamobile. They don't even deserve 1 star as they have a ridiculous service..

Lost my sim, bought a replacement and customer service require me to send email and IDs. Told it will be done within 24 hours, nothing, another 24 hours phone them and again, asked me to send another email. Wait for a week, eventually replied stating what my problem is ? what a JOKE ! I just got so annoyed and cancel;led my account, sent them an email regarding how bad their service was and asked them for a PAC code so I can take my number elsewhere. Another week gone by and heard nothing from them, guess my number is gone and goodbye. Stay away from this company
