“I'm very sad to say I couldn't stomach the chocolate. Not the nausea that shrooms bring but the taste and texture of the chocolate actually made me throw up. I can tell though that this is definitely real as what stayed in me started taking effect VERY quickly. Good service and a very real product but I literally cannot get past the taste unfortunately.

What an unprofessional reply. 3 stars isn't even a "bad review." Maybe my batch was bad but it tasted sour/spoiled/rotten and the taste alone made me vomit. That isn't worthy of 5 stars. Not sure if multiple people run this team or just one person but I suggest taking criticism better or hiring people who aren't crazy. I'd have just bought reg shrooms if I didn't mind a bad taste. No, I will not consider removing my review, in fact after this interaction I'm removing a star.

So we get a Bad review because you don't like the taste? That it really silly ? Some people like cocoa some don't! a bad review hurts not only us but other's ? Maybe you would consider removing this

You should try our capsules- same medicine, but you don't have to taste them :-)

“I ordered the 90 day supply of the capsules on February 23 2024 and as of march 4 2024 only a tracking label has been made and usps is waiting for the package. I will update the review when I receive the capsules. Update I will have them this thursday and im happy thank you.”
This shipped March on Feb 28th .. You should have no later then Tuesday. We cant control the mail but our product I'm sure will make the wait, worth it
“It's been almost a month and I still have not gotten my order so I have nothing positive to say yet. Then, I received two messages. The first one was quite unporfessional and copied below:
"I wonder why you would not reach out to us by email - BEFORE writing this? Clearly Mama's customer service is top notch- we get back to EVERYONE in a very timely manner. We sent your order out within 5 days of you ordering- we also sent it priority mail. How do we have any control over the mail system? Seriously? And why not not reach out to us directly? Very strange."
(Maybe someone could some of their own medicine. LOL)
In response, I answered an email that requested I submit a review. That is exactly what I did.
The second had a very different tone - solution-oriented. It acknowledged that there was a mistake in making the shipping label and will be filling my order today. I am hoping to receive my shipment in the next couple of days.
I hope Mamadose can weed out its toxic employees.”
