“Nice products, but slooooooooow shipping. I ordered on Aug 1, heard nothing for 3 days so reached out via email. Was told it was shipping Friday Aug 4. All they did was generate a USPS label but it was want picked up. So I had to wait until Monday for it to go out. I don’t expect to get it until Aug 11. It’s hard to get on board with the brand when you have to wait so long. Too many other products out that I can get way quicker. Just frustrating as I started with the very small sample pack. I liked the products so ordered the complete set but I’ll run out of the sample pack before I receive the new set. You gotta make this process better for your customers to have stronger retention. Only other complaint is no variety in scents. It’s a good smell but could conflict with other colognes.”
“It's a daily ritual to use Mantl's facial cleanser and Mantl's anti-age lotion. I feel something is missing in my day without it. Other brands can be much more expensive and be a much less quality product. Mantl's customer service is also fantastic.”
