“It seems once again it is not possible to contact Marshbell group. Despite calling and numerous e mails, I get no reply and I sincerely think that there should be a lot more effort put in to transparency and keeping investors up to date. At the moment I have no idea what is going on. I assume I am not alone regarding this.”

“Same here, as investors we were initially shocked with the news that their business was negatively impacted by Covid etc etc. However they seem to be trying their best to turn things around, so all we can do now is sit tight for some encouraging news which should hopefully come by in the next 9-12 months.”

“Although we have been somewhat disappointed with the weakened customer services team in the past 6 months, following some encouraging correspondence with their client services team, we are confident everything will be back to normal by 2023 latest.”

“I was initially worried about this company following their business progress report back in September 2021 which outlined their client's struggles with the impacts of Covid-19 and Brexit. However have been reassured with the recent levels of responsiveness via their client services team and so fingers crossed they will turn it around around by the end of this year.”

“They do not answer calls or emails. I wish I had never invested a penny. The pay the interests for months then suddenly claim business is affected by covid and can't fulfil contract terms but they will update you. No Updates, nothing! Do not invest!”
